OK now I downloaded Vicki from DAZ when she was free... Is there any reason why it tells me I can't open the INJ files for anything on her? Is it because she was a freebie and thats not an option or am I just missing something...

It's because Vickie 3 is the razor, and the injectors are blades..;)  you purchase them seperately.

So even if I downloaded a character with a bunch of different INJ options it still won't work because I don't have Vicki's INJ stuff? Its what I figured but I wanted to check...

I think for the injections to work, you need to purchase the body and head morphs. I was in the same boat when I first started.

However, if you are willing to pay the $10/month, join DAZ's platinum club. With this membership, you get 30% off DAZ originals + $5 voucher every month. You also can buy certain things for $1.99, which, if you need props, it's a good deal.

The 30% of the DAZ originals was enough for me. If you do it right, you can buy a ton of stuff for a fraction of the cost.

If Renderosity offered that sort of thing, I KNOW you'd get 1 new member!!! Well, maybe not the great deal DAZ offers, but a $10 voucher or something neat for a membership fee...

simplified - yes, you need to buy the separate Head and Body morphs for the INJ - REM poses to work.

You can still get basic functionality with your free V3, but if you want a wider variety and range of looks then you need the morph packs.

There are some vendors who sell "custom" morphed characters which will work on the base free Vicky without the morphs. For example, Blackhearted's Girl Next Door 2 or Nelly by Outoftouch and SWAM.
