I purchased Shelby Jr, but can't get it to work.  I seem to have the files in the right places, but all texture is applied only to the figure's head, and it's messed up, lips on the side of the face, for instance, one eyebrow in the middle of the forehead.  This is the first time I've had this kind of a problem.  I tried reinstalling it to no effect.

Are you using it on the correct figure?  That product is for the Millennium Boys, the older DAZ kids.  It won't work on the new ones (Matt and Luke).

Is it this product? It looks like you've applied it to Matt. It's designed for the [Millennium Boys](http://www.daz3d.com/shop.php?op=itemdetails&item=383&cat=9), which is a different (older) product.

If the Millinium Boys are the same as the PreSchool boy and PreTeen boy I might want those!
