Just upgraded to the above and I've noticed a marked improvement in site speed. been browsing this morning with IE6 and it was as slow as usual, now with IE7 it's faster.

Yeah IE7 is faster then IE6, but I find Firefox even better.
However, there was a registry hack for IE6 that raised the maximum simultaneous downloads from two to whatever you like - but it doesn't work for IE7.
Also, I have always found Firefox faster to render at Renderosity.  With the extension fasterFox 1.0.3, i can have lots of simultaneous downloads of pics from the Galleries, just like IE6.
