Subject: Burnt Grass

Hi,

I am using Lush Grassy Places and was wondering if anyone knew a great way to make burnt grass?

Basically I have a logo and would like it sitting on some burnt grass with the burnt grass fading into normall grass.

Cheers
Jon

You could do it in photoshop, just adjust the saturation and color, and you could easily make this fade into the normal grass.

Try creating a mixed material with the color map for the grass combined with a gradient map that goes from transparent ( at the bottom) burnt gold and Black (at the top) this may give a goot result.
