Best of luck with the move!!!! Seattle is pricey, so I hope they are paying you adequately!

Hey, I lived in Seattle for 20 years and loved it (despite having moved there from sunny Miami Florida). Yes, The Californicating silicon valley Billy Gates clones/slaves/wannabbes moved there and drove the real eastate prices through the roof, and yes ther are officially 300 cloudy days per year (compared to Miami's 300 days of sunshine - but both city's have similar annual average rainfall amoints), but it's still one of the most beautiful environments to live in that I've ever seen.
Email me and I'll give you my phone number. Call, and I'll give you my opinions on the neatest places to go.
You won't regret the opportinity to have experienced Seattle.

My aspiration: to make a decent Poser Render I'm an Oldie, a goldie, but not a miracle worker :-)

Hello all,
After doing a lot of thinking and planning, I accepted a job with a major aircraft manufacturer in the Seattle area. I will be moving in less than 2 weeks, so I may not be around here for a little while. I am curious as to how many "Poser addicts" there are in the area, and if you all know of any cool places to hang out, besides Starbucks. I'll be close enough to wander into Canada, and looking for neat things to visit. I'm excited about the move, but depressed that I won't be able to use my Poser rigs for about a month. Thanks, -Starkdog.
