Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 09 8:30 pm)
Nice Job!
I have both Aiko 3 and The Girl and wouldn't mind getting this hybrid character as well.
I had heard via the DAZ forums to post a request on this thread, so I'm requesting. :)
Email: starkiller@sympatico.ca
Thanks for an inspiring job!

If you are still offering the download, I would love to have it. I've had The Girl from almost her first day at DAZ but rarely use her (even with owning the Boopsie morphs). I love her eyes but I HATE her body--especially her hands and feet! Thank you for your work, your talent, and your generosity.
first off, thank you very much for sharing Girl 3 with the rest of us. :)
now, my question. I've followed the instructions to the letter and my girl keeps coming up as "invisisible". I can conform clothes to her, and when I pose her, the clothes move into the poses, but she just doesn't show up on the screen. Can anyone give me a clue as to what i did wrong?
@orangeparty:
Seems like Poser can´t find the object file.
Check the two reference lines in the GIRL 3.cr2 that point to the object file in a text editor.
They must be:
:Runtime:libraries:character:DAZ Aiko 3:AIKOGIRL.obj
And of course the actual AIKOGIRL.obj file must be located in your DAZ AIKO 3 folder in your runtime, so Poser can find it.

:Raises hand while looking for the secret handshake:
Absolutely beautiful work Stahlratte! I've never liked the Girls body either and even tho I have her, I don't use her. I think this will change all that. You did a fantastic job! And great renders from the rest of you using her!
Looking forward to using her. Many many thanks.

Very nice work, stahlratte, I think you might be singlehandedly sparking off a whole new interest in the Girl across Poserdom!
I too would be grateful if you could let me have the download link
Thanks
Jarod
PS kudos also to Veritas777 for a bunch of nice 'promo' renders and cheerleading this fine figure over at DAZ
Thank you.
My first attemp to transfer morphs using Moph Manager was an unmittigated disaster, so I went the the second way, editing the CR2.
much easier, for me, and far more succesful!
Thanks again.

I use Poser 12.0.757, 11.3 and or 2014, on Win10 64bit.
@Styxx: Sorry, never heard of that error.
When you use a wrong keyfile, you get the error shown in the pic.
But as so far everybody else was able to decode GIRL 3, I doubt that your blGirl.obj is different from the others.
Maybe the download was corrupt ?
Maybe the file didn´t unzip correctly ?
Are you on a Mac ?
You did use blGirl.obj to decode the AIKOGIRL 2.rte
file ?
Stahlratte
Hi Styxx
I got this too, because I was using the wrong .obj as the key. :blushing:
When I reread the readme, and used the right .obj it worked!
Edit: ah, crosss post, stahlratte beat me to it.

Is it the uncompressed OBJ file or OBZ that poser uses? I can't think of anything else that would give you that error.

The Girl2 worked very well, and was easy to get up and running. I compared the original with your new hybrid G2 is very neat altogether. The original is very clunky but her face is very expressive. Well done there isn’t even a join where they join. You must have driven yourself mad getting that result. Cheers again for sharing.
Rorsdors, I think you mean Girl3, Girl 2 is Daz's new version of the girl coming in the near future. G2 are eF figures. I know it can get a bit confusing. I only mention this because I thought you might have read my last post and I was talking about Daz's new version, which only a choice few seem to know anything and they are not talking.
