Eh...first of all...i have two slaps i wish to deliver. One to Akemi for not showing us that bear earlier. And one for my man Dave.....shame on you people!!!! There are plenty of awesome shots in that thread but damn it...those two should definitly get their own space in your galleries as well.

Brilliant thread Kort. This gives me a chance to "get rid of" some stuff that i don´t even wanna put in my scrap-collages, lol. :tt2:

First one is of some waterdrops on a CD.

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

I know you said "an image" Kort...and i know i´m going overboard here...but i have way too much crap laying around, LOL. But i will settle for one more than i will not take up any more space in this thread. 😄

P.S We should start one of these threads every now and then as my harddrive seems to be backing up of stuff i wont put in my gallery for whatever reason 😉

LOL Andreas, you are giving us the motherload here! Thees are all great. Most of them I'd be happy to have in my gallery, esp. that CD droplet one...luv the clarity and colors. HAHAHAH only you would add the flood filter to a droplet shot, heheheheheh! =o] Thanks for 'playing!'

@cryptojoe - its in St Andrews, Scotland, UK where i am currently living as a student, its like 3 miles long and ends at the mouth of an estuary, and its pretty dead straight too so you can get some good shots of the town from there.  So yeah - it was quite cold... but on a half moon i could see my shadow in the sand :)

@Andreas - cool shots, was the cow postwork?

Zacko ( ) posted Fri, 13 October 2006 at 10:34 AM

Thanks Kort! :tt2:

And yes Rich....that cow is actually a mysk oxe or some kind of jak. And i shot it at the zoo and it just kept coming up to me and seeing how i only had my 70-300mm with me i couldn´t get all of it´s head to fit in my shot. So i took a shot of half his head that i later mirrored in PS and added some radial blur to it. Just playing a little. 😄

I wanted to post this one in my gallery instead of the blonde dancer but when i opened the picture of the three girls on my computer the girl on the right was terribly unsharp. Still i want to share these three nice ladies with you.

Very rarely do I have time to take a picture during work but there have been moments. This is from the same day as one that's in my gallery but a little earlier in the evening. As you can imagine I didn't heve time to adjust the settings other than ISO and putting it on Program mode {as I didn't want to use flash).... I wouldn't have known what else to do anyway, LOL.

Nice key there Ilona. :) Here are a few more that will not see the light of day in my gallery, but I felt like sharing. This was some kids playing at the playground. I was testing out the in-camera sepia setting.

Hmmm I wonder where that is,lol.I like the sepia toning you used for it.

Great shots guys.I like that birdie shot,Kortalouche,I can see why you'd consider that one for your gallery. The close-up of the lovers is nice too,if you could get rid of the silver poolstep thingy,(whatever you call those things).

Andreas, that is one foot in need of a pedicure!LOL...I love that horsie shot.Sorry you pulled it.The drops on the CD look great, too.

Okay ,here's one that probably won't ever see any gallery time, although I really like it.It's of a bride and groom ,paying for their wedding at the end of the evening,(... at the outdoor bar.)I like that the lighting makes it kind of Hopper-esque...
