to get back to computer stuff and was feeling better from my lung problems...and a little better from loosing Travis.....a Car drove into my house!!

too big for any galleries....
http://www.lynescreations.com/OurHouseCrash.jpg

there was a solid bush near that sprinkler head (lower left of building corner) you see here, our landscapers took the crushed thing out for us today...this is the right front corner of our garage, and am so glad our garage IS the front of our house!! Scary and frightening but could have been worse. This one shows only a fraction of the damage and I bet his Lexus is just as bad off.... he was not drunk or on drugs that I could tell, but how he could turn right from the corner THREE HOUSES UP and speed across my neighbor's drive (that is the front of his house on the right) and into the corner of our home.... is "one for the books".... I just can't imagine!!! The next 2-3 weeks will NOT be pleasant as the crew takes the bad out and puts it right...with my health I will seal the window frames inside the two room above (where I am now on the computer) and be downstairs a lot watching TV... sigh... at least the guy owned up, but maybe because he saw a lady walking her dog and new there was a witness?? I still can't believe...."my foot slipped off the metal-covered break pedal and hit the gas"... huh??

sooo if I go missing for chunks of time, folks will know...

Oh my gosh Lyne!!!!  You must have one of those black clouds over your head...Need a good strong wind to blow it off and I do so hope your fortunes improve for you real soon.

As my dear Irish Mom used to say in the face of horrific events, "It could have been worse."

Sending a big supportive hug your way!

Thanks for all your words...it helps to be "not alone"... the "Project Manager" did not call me on Friday so I expect a call on Monday (or I will call! :))  .... and then I expect a work start date, if not the workers themselves... I have very fragile lungs but hope that my computer room (over the garage) will be okay to be in (I have a machine that takes dust and stuff out of the air, and will have my windows sealed off) so that I can come on line here and there.... but we shall see.

I am just greatful that (so far) things seem to be moving along and I am hoping by the end of November my life will be back to a "normal crazy".... ! Enough is enough of extra crazy for me.... 8(
