I downloaded the update for plain jane when it was first posted back in (march?). 

J setAriah_Plain_J_UD__33122.zip

I finally got around to try and install it, and the ZIP was corrupted.

I just downloaded it again tonight, and the new download was corrupt also. (I've unzipped 172 files so far today from 14 sites, without problem, so I know it's not my unzip utility).

Can anything be done?  I think the only reason for the update was to include some teeth textures originally omitted.  Can just the supplimental files be sent to me?

Hi Jerry,

I just downloaded the file, and extracted it with no errors.  Have you tried redownloading it from your purchase history?  And if so, what version of winzip are you using?

As I mentioned in my post above, I re-downloaded it again tonight before I posted here.

Winzip conflicts with my HP scanner driver.  I use

UltimateZip3.1

ZIPgenius

WinRAR

Stuffit Expander 7

7-Zip 4.23

None worked on this file.

Why ?

My request was to have the missing textures sent to me.

Hi Jerry,

Sorry I missed where you redownloaded it tonight.  It was pretty late :)

I don't have any of those applications that you're mentioning, so you'll need to contact the vendor directly for support.  Maybe they have one of those applications and can repackage it for you, and if not they'll need to send you the missing textures directly.

My suggestion would be to send them a site mail so you'll know when they receive your message.
