Subject: Can't check out

Is it too early in the morning? I hit checkout and all I get is a buyer info page with my bonafides but no continuation. I've bought many things at Rend. so it's not a matter of my being a first time buyer.

I apologize for your inconvenience.  Are you hitting the button near the bottom of the page to proceed to the next step?  Please let me know so I can try to further assist you.

All I see is is the 1st time buyer notice with a 'payment info' button puts me in a loop going nowhere.

Click on the payment info button and it should bring you to the next page.  If it doesn't, make sure that you have all the fields filled in.... if I'm not mistaken, the button at the end of the next page also says "payment info", even though it's technically a "checkpoint" to review your order I believe.  Just continue hitting the buttons at the bottom of the page to proceed to the next page.  The programmers are going to make the checkout easier, so I do apologize for the inconvenience.

Acts like a loop. I haven't been buying in thje last year and it seems like checkout was much less complicated before.

Hello,

can't check out either!
I'm currently on the check out page and even clicking "payment info" don't get's me anywhere....

I'm not a first time buyer but had also with my last order problems (downloading)...
Is it only me or is buying made harder here???

Please help....thank you!

Here is how Mendy sorted out the same problem for me, after clicking checkout select payment options, then on next screen also click payment options again and then on the next screen you will see confirm order.

to recap, checkout,payment options,payment options, confirm order.

She may be blonde but she is not dumb :lol:
