Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 23 1:20 pm)
If you have P6, I'd try to use an IBL light with the Vue background as the IBL Image and a 50% intensity and then a point light in the direction of the Vue lighting with a 50% intensity.
if you have P5 or less then you can use the Poormans HDRI method (can't remember who does the script, but I'm sure if you google Poser HDRI you'll find it) to make a light dome using the Vue Image. WARNING - this makes render time a bear an a half.
You can also import your Vue image as a background and just tweaking the lights little by little.
out side of those, the only other thing you can do that I can think of is just experiment.

I'm making a java game. and i'm using GIFs to be the characters. Thing is, i make my backgrounds in Vue 5 infininte, and the poser character as a GIF image file on top of the background . But the character's lighting doesn't seem to match the background so well. Any other way to do it?
