Subject: Order # 111120120 - got disconnected!

I was going to pay for my order (#111120120) last night via PayPal, but I got knocked offline before heading to payPal. PayPal doesn't have a record of the transaction, and I'm stuck on the Renderosity order page. My items are still awaiting payment. I want to pay for my order, so should I reorder everything, and have the currently waiting order cancelled?

Also, this order wasn't accepting the 13% off Halloween coupon, yet I still had a couple of hours before the offer was over. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi, Timothy,

Since your order meets the requirements for the coupon, you can send payment for the discounted price, which totals $36.45.   To make payment go directly to Paypal and send payment to payments@renderosity.com.   Send me the transaction ID# when you've done that and I can manually mark it paid.
