(Vue 6 Infinite supports EXPORTING to Piranesi- something I have WHINNED ABOUT for TWO YEARS!)

...NOW people can export ALL their Vue models of old houses, bridges, castles, etc... into an ARTISTIC rendering package!...If you happen to do fine art, architecture, product design or interior design- this is a Money-Maker!...

BTW- This ALSO MEANS you can export POSER stuff through Vue 6 Infinite into Piranesi, heh!

One thing though.... if this export works like any other exports, you will be able to export only objects that have not been locked by their creators.

...TRUE- but unless E-on has done something REALLY WEIRD with this- EPIX Files are actually 2-D files- but with special channels for handling the 3D information... Basically the EPIX file format is an extended TIFF file format... so no true mesh data is exported-- only a "representation" of the 3D mesh data in 2D.

However- I STILL wouldn't put it past E-on to block these exports in some way- but it would NOT make sense if they did...as EPIX files cannot be turned into 3D Data again!

That would be nonsense. They wouldn't do such a thing.

I didn't realize this format is 2D.
