Subject: License server problems

I am running Vue 6 xStream 64 bit with Floating License  server on Dual Xeon 5160  on Windows XP 64  and having issues with License server. It appears that every couple of minutes, the system reponds with the following message. Occassion I get another message that its not connected to License server.

I have also seen crashes with renders - not sure if tis related to this problem. I am curious if anybody has issue with 64 bit versikon of Vue 6 and/or Floating License server.

I like working with dual machines - so its nice to beable to switch between the two when Idoing stuff. I can switch my dongle on Lightwave also.

Vue 6 xStream on my P4 has the same license problem, but it takes longer for to happen.

Does any body else have the Floating License version working.. could it be a port issue.

I have the same problem (message and crashes during renders) on a 32 bits Pentium D, (VUE6 X-Stream floating licence), and we're not alone :

I have also responded in e-on thread. They need to fix this problem ASAP. This one ranks up there with ExtraCD content problem.
