**Hi All,**

**      A wee bit slow in getting this up but what with the Halloween Contest and 5 rehersals a week and i gig per week since I last posted one I've barely had time to stink...**

I had a quite hard time finding something common enough that every one would have a fair chance of figuring out. This is a decor type item which I found, still functioning [once plugged in] in the trash on "Open Air Market Day",heh heh heh

Once in a while I look around,
I see a sound
and try to write it down
Sometimes they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again

very blurred but is it a lava lamp?

Similar to a lava lamp, but called something like a vortex or tornado lamp, where the particles swirl around. And it looks like you either turned the photo upside down or it's a reflection off whatever it's on!

Well that was fairly fast for an obscure piece of trash I found...Altho he didn't say, Rich was actually first so it's up to him if he wishes to defer to Kim on this for the next W.O.E....Here's the full pic.....

Geert ........ have you been here??????? Yup! You guessed it! This is a place way up in the hills above Bishop California. You wouldn't even know it was there unless someone told you. I guess vandals had their fun with the place, cuz all that's left is the concrete and metal you can't destroy.............. very sad, cuz it's a beautiful view and very serene up there.

Must be one of those modern BYOB[bring your own boards] minimalist places...heh heh heh...not to make light of the serious problem of people with out any respect for anything.....vandalism is such a serious problem, some years back now I was commisioned to do the music for an educational play about the subject which was presented to the major school divisions here....seems like that was a waste of their money as the school that sponsored the play is still one of the most vandalised...sigh

Hehe... your picnic place (I spelled it wrong the first time) almost makes me think of a location from 'Planet of the Apes'... No doubt who the 'apes' would be in this sad story (a bit unfair to the real apes, I know) ;o)) So I had to dig up a new subject... I guess there are enough hints in the image to make this an easy one. Although it's always easy if you already know what it is. It can be found anywhere in the 'civilized world'...

Yes, Boby, it's a dust bin (that's how I learned it in English class, if memory... etc) or a garbage can. And a very pretty one! ;o)) I usually made this game too difficult... not this time, it seems.

LOL...not really, thru serendipity, I had only just taken out the trash when I saw the pic and had the plastic garbage bag roll over on the lip in my mind as I almost broke a nail I need for playing tonight on it...freek luck...gonna pass for the time being as I'm out playing musc all this weekend and likely won't have time to respond...any other takers are more than welcome to jump to the top of the list here...just to keep this fun thread going....
