Subject: Poser Godzilla Animation Posted at You Tube.com

My "epic" Poser animation "A Tribute to Godzilla" is now  posted at You Tube.com.
Shows what even an animation novice (like me) can do to bring Poser characters to life.

I'd love to look at it, but I'm having trouble finding it through a search... would you be able to post a link that goes directly to the video, perhaps?

Okay... very cool. 😄 I love BOC, too, so it was doubly great. I think the destruction effects were particularly well done. Great job!

Funny video.

Those explosions and atmospherics were also done in Poser???

No, at the end credits I note that the animation was done entirely in Poser with special effects done with WonderTouch's Particle Illusion, and everything was edited together in Adobe Premiere.

I noted when watching the You Tube post that the sound track is half-second off from what the original is.  Oh well.

Thank you for the comments of appreciation.

Aside from the Scales on Godzilla's back, having an odd shading of Black on White, this Video is one of the best & longest Poser 3D Animations that I have recently seen (and heard)!

That 2nd Helicopter looked a bit like "Air Wolf" (from the 1980's TV Show), and it could not even hit a target the size of Godzilla!

Plus, the ending in the Toy Store & the End Credits, were also very funny to watch!

Excellent Work!

BUMP

Anyone who still hasn't seen this 3D Godzilla Video should take a look.

It's still up & it's definitely worth it!

Hey, I got to see Blue Oyster Cult perform (including their "Godzilla" song, which was the inspiration for my animation) last week at the Galveston, TX Mardi Gras.  Got to meet the lead singer and guitar player, Buck Dharma, who wrote and sand the song.  He'd seen my video and liked it.  He said whenever he sings the song now, visions of scenes from the animation occasionally pop in his head.  Got him to autograph a DVD copy of it, and gave him another one.  Cool!
