Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 21 6:06 am)
Ahhh late to the game as usual.... the images that others have posted on this thread look great, like others I've never really used Girl due to her body, but this is incredible work mate and would be most grateful if you could send me a link as well ( if youre not sick to death of people asking by now).
Cheers and a big thumbs up to your hard work and effort ...
stahlratte- First thank you so very much for your generosity.
2nd-- Err, I'm having so troubles with the Girl 3. If anyone has an answer, it would be appreciated.
I (thought) followed the directions in the Readme. And all went well with the converting and MorphManager loading. There she is in my A3 runtime. I can load her and play with her in Poser (6).
But when I try to load my saved Scene, I get the error message "Can't find AIKOGIRL_2.obj". I've done something wrong and I don't know what. I didn't think I was supposed to end up with a file called AIKOGIRL_2.obj. Please keep in mind I am a newbie, and don't have a great understanding of the file stuff, but I do my best to follow directions..lol.. so any thoughts on how to correct this?
Thank you in advance.
befuzled (as usual)
stahlratte,
Hello. A user of 3dsMax here. Wonderful to see someone else is trying this configuration out!
I've actually done a similar job attaching Girl's head to Aiko. Very polite results, and from my experiece there's simply nothing to be done about that neck; those two models just were never meant to be so this problem is a permanent one. Also, I dont own a single morph for Aiko or GIRL so I've no way of knowing how morphs effect the work I've produced.
My problem is trying to figure out what algebra/spell to do to equate those vertices from MAX to Poser. Poser's scale is simply miniscule to every other 3D app! If possible, I'd love to get my digits on that model of your! Hoping for the link as well!
Can't believe I never noticed this before - looks fantasic.
Could I have the download link too please
