Right now, Dystopia City Block packs are the cheapest I can remember them ever being at $23.96 each for the next two weeks.  Don't miss out.

This re-release features new Poser 6 material settings with raytraced reflections and ambient occlusion, a sky dome with three texture sets and a water plane, a python script to randomise city block layouts, new light sets and revised meshes for improved perfomance of raytraced shadows.

Keep an eye on DAZ through the week for more city block packages.

The first 20 blocks are free and the first 10 are available right now.

If you bought our City Blocks before and you are worried about an upgrade to the new versions, don't be.  You'll get all the new material options, the new randomisation python script, the skydome, new light sets, render settings presets etc when you download the updated free city blocks from DAZ.

The only thing you'll be missing out on is the revised meshes which have had the window lights layer removed to improve performance of raytraced shadows.  If you want to strip those excess bits of mesh out of your old city blocks, you'll be able to do it with a special python script that I'll release as a freebie within the next couple of weeks.

Thank you, Ajax, that was my only question - and I didn't even have to ask!  Good luck and best wishes - and congratulations on the next step in this long-term project for Team Dystopia!

(Having said all that, it would be 'churlish' of me to enquire about the 'poserization' of the remaining blocks - so I won't ask about it - yet!  😉  )

Cheers!

This is excellent news! I don't make enough money here at Renderosity to purchase them, but I do at Daz :) Yayyyyyy

Colin, 71-80 is done.  I don't have any of the meshes above 80 as yet, but I know Moe has finished them so hopefully it won't be too long before I get my hands on them.

Xena.....Yayyyyyy :-)
