Subject: October challenge

kansas ( ) posted Wed, 04 October 2006 at 11:51 AM · edited Sun, 06 October 2024 at 1:31 PM

October is the month we in the USA have to turn our clocks back one hour.
This made me think of how time changes or times change.
The world seems to be changing every day.
Our lives change.
The seasons change.

So 'Changing Times' is the theme.

I will be anxious to see what everyone comes up with.

Marion

P.S. Thanks for the votes everyone!

How do I post an image that I put in my gallery so that it shows the thumbnail and is clickable to full size?

You can post directly here in the forum, using the URL link, you can't easly post both the thumb and full size. (unless you link to both - one using the img tag the other using href).

the theme in the 2d graphics forum this month is autumn so i have been thinking about both time and autumn. as autumn represents a season but a passing of time as well i thought this image could fit in both forums.

Once again you all surprise and awe me.

And again, once again - it's time to start posting your votes for your three top choices. Please vote for the image, as there may be multiple postings from the same artist.

But no matter... on with the count:

Gunsan (Another Time)

In 2nd place, with 4 points:
Tresamie

and... Tied for first place, with 6 points each:

Valouchufy & Koosievantutte, if you two could IM each other, or discuss here a common theme or combined theme - we can post this for the Nov/Dec/Holiday challenge.
