Subject: eyebrow question please

I am sure this has been asked many times before, but I searched the forum and can't find it. How do I make laura's eyebrows look like the are made of hair instead of just paint slapped on? 

I appreciate it if anyone can point me to a tutorial or if there are trancparencies available and how to use them please.

attached is a link to a good set to get you started.  However, most character sets for purchase or free may have transparencies for things like eyebrows, eyelashes, pubic hair, etc.  Most character textures that have the eyebrows painted on them are made with photos and not painted.
