Is there a way to remove the backgrounds and just leave the object you are working on?  I sure would use bryse more if there is.

go to the sky presets..there is a white one you can use..a plain simple one.or a black and even a grey card one. just remember.. lighting is important...

.. or you could put your object and camera inside a box like stoner did ..  . if you do that you'll need to add a light or two but it seems like a simple way to go to get rid of the background stuff.

Thanks I'll also try that. It is really to bad that it can't be done like in pose. There I just dont add a "real" background  and export as PNG and it opens in my photo programs as a transparent bg figure.

You can make an object mask which you can then use in your paint program to get a different background. There is a tutorial on it over at the Daz site:)

Also, if you plan to work most of the time without a background, you can choose one of the preset black, white or gray backgrounds, delete your ground plane, and then save that scene as your default.

Could be worse, could be raining.

All good tips and I will try them all to see which works best for me. I will let you all know my results it may be a few days as real life is getting in the way of serious graphic work.
