This needs to be fixed all the stuff I bought under Aery_Soul's old name are GONE from the market and they are NOT under the new name, so if I need to re download I can't. PLEASE fix this! Wonder how many other merchant items are gone from the download when they change their name?????? Please correct me if I'm wrong need to download something I bought from them and can't find it in my marketplace downloads.

I realize no one is in the store to deal with this until next week so I will continue looking for the item on my other computers to see if I can find it in time to finish this project. Not meaning to sound cranky but it was a shock to see it all disappear. Wonder how many other vendors have changed their names and thus erased all the items from the marketplace archive of items I have bought?

Can someone please verify that? Marque, I know you've bought two of my things as well while I was still listed as ernyoka1. Are those gone as well?

Hmm.. I just looked for the things I bought from Jepe. When I bought them he was JPeter. And they're still in my list. Now as Jepe and not JPeter, but they're definately there.

Did you use the drop down box to search for the AsShanim/AerySoul products - you need to search under the new name.

Go to 'My Account' choose 'Item List' then when the list appears select Aery_Soul from the list  of vendors and everything you bought from them as As_Shanim should be displayed.

(And yes Trekkie, it works for you too!)

My daughter is doing much better and I can't believe how minimal the scarring is going to be. Her right eye is still painful and swollen but hopefully the opthalmologist will clear her for her trip.  Thank you for your thoughts. Will check again but didn't see any of the older stuff that I bought. I have gotten almost all of their items so it's a long list.

As for Aery_Soul, my purchases show up when  use the "my account", "item list" and pick their name from the vendor list.
