I have found just a few Poser4 figures for Star Wars: Darth Maul, R2D2, R5D4, Jawa, IG88, Leia Hoth, Leia Bespin. Is there anyone out there willing to re-post other figures in Renderosity (e.g. Vader, Solo, the Emperor, Kenobi, Jinn, etc) the link to SWMA is dead but the MIRROR is still up...

I have a JarJar Binks here. It's not really all that good. I never got a chance to improve it. So I just posted it as is. ScottA

I make star wars models, but I always use them for personal uses, not for distribution. So far I have made: Aurra Sing Mara Jade (largely improved over the John Malis version) Stormtrooper (lots better than the xanxost one, and made with michael) Emperor Palpatine (high resolution head) Vader (really awesome, helmet doesnt remove, but I will make it able to soon) Indiana Jones (I know its not star wars, but lots of people love indy) Boba Fett Jango Fett Darth Maul (really high res) Someone I know is working on Jedi Tunics for me, so I can use them in a star wars 3d fan film, when those are made I will have TONS of jedi out there. I will post some pics in here of some of my stuff.

I dont want to infring on copyrights to sell the models, but the freestuff is a little out of the question. One reason being that I use lots of components that are from store bought products like the mara jade (the Dcort Natalia body and catsuit, hollywood hair). The other reason is that I want to keep my models unique, if there is hundreds of copies floating around the net, that makes it not so special anymore. Darth_Wookie, I'm not sure why you told us about your figures. Drhsudc obviously wants some Star Wars figures (and the teasers look REALLY good), but you don't seem to intend to let anyone have them. If you've used other people's material, you CAN'T sell 'em. TBKoen's Predator was the best poser figure that I've ever seen, yet he gave it away. I've got no problem with yuo keeping them, but why wave them under our noses. Hope you change your mind and post'em, 'cause they do look good.

Well personally one problem I have, which I dont think can be solved, which is I use so many parts of different figures, like my palpatine has a few parts of the phil C wizard, and he has the hood that I designed, and the body is michael. I dont find it possible to distribute them without breaking other peoples poser laws, I dont want to distribute a product that is supposed to be sold, that is the big problem.

This one will be for free if i manage to finish it some day. The texture is not mine since this is just a test render. I am not pleased with the chest plate and the helmet is giving me problems. Have patience... /Ohman

Darth Wookie- That's a fine Palpatine, only in the original Stuart Freeborn make-up job, he had extremely exaggerated brow ridges (like a "Star Trek rubber forehead") and these inhuman, creepy yellowish contact lenses. (wonderfully easy to do in Poser - and cheaper! Used to be $100 per lens in 1984) Your Darth Maul is magnificent! -Ex makeup artist Talos
