Does anyone know how much renderosity charges to sell items in there store? I tried looking to find this info but cant seem to find it anywhere

There isn't a straight up charge, but 50% of sales go to the Marketplace, and the other half to the vendor(s) (depending on how many are on any certain project).  IIRC, there is an exception for top 30 merchants, but I don't remember the exact numbers.

ok so say i sell an item for 10$ , renderosity would get 5$ of it?

Yes, but you have the opportunity to sell multiple copies of items, so if you put out one product, at $10, you'd get $5 of each copy that sold.
