Subject: Looking for a way to make a character see stars (knock-out)

Lunedust ( ) posted Mon, 27 November 2006 at 4:17 AM · edited Wed, 27 November 2024 at 3:28 PM

Hi there, would anyone have an idea how, with Poser, to add stars over a head to simulate the character being stunned or nearly knocked out ? (like in comics). Or birds, ducks etc heh.

All ideas welcome :)

I used a cylinder that I rescaled and exported as an obj. Ran it through UV mapper and whipped up a quick trans map. Here's the material room setup.

I thought that was a rather clever idea RedHawk.

It should be easy to animate as well. Just spin the cylinder along its Y axis!
