This outfit would be perfect for a elf or fairy character for both Mil Laura or Vicki 3 would love to have a set for them :O)

Best bet is to message the creator of elfdance and see if they would redo it for V3 .

You could maybe do a fit in the cloth room or use something like clothing converter.
