If you have not already sent the payment please send the order total to payments@renderosity.com . Make sure to include your username and order number
Just go to your paypal account and "send money" to the address I gave above to complete your order processing.

Please help. I've made many purchases at RMP in recent years, including those paid with my PayPal account. My current order, (I have the order #) was checked out on 11/29 and is now still pending payment at PayPal, which is finally completed verifying my account there.
My problem is my order summary page here at RMP has NO WAY to PAY it. Just shows status as unpaid pending. And under my PayPal account page, there is no obvious way to retrieve this RMP order and complete the payment. Checking my account activity history there just shows my last previous order payment (to another merchant site) some weeks ago, and no record of this RMP order that it setup on 11/29.
I'm ready to pay, but stuck between limbo and limbo, with neither end of this transaction offering me any PAY button. What do I do? The toll free customer service isn't open on weekends, so I might be stuck until I can phone them monday, but wish someone could assist me here sooner, so I can pay and download this weekend.
