I want to preorder P7 boxed version. When I go to the CP site all I see is the electronic download (not the boxed version ) I own P6 and all I need is the P7 Upgrade. And yes I am one of the unfornunate bastards stuck with 56k. My question is,if I order the upgrade will I get a boxed version? Please can anybody help?

The "boxed version" is the full version with manual, I think. You may want to have the "upgrade" from P6 burned onto a CD and shipped.

After you add it to your cart, the next page has dropdowns to select operating system and delivery.  Under delivery you have physical shipment or electronic download.  So yes, you can get the P7 upgrade shipped to you.

Just add the Poser 7 Upgrade to your cart. Then choose the platform (win/mac) and the delivery method (download/box) :-)

He should be able to direct you properly to order the Boxed version of Poser 7. Do it today, so that you will not have to contend with the weekend.

Quote - if I order the upgrade will I get a boxed version?

Poser doesn't really offer an  "upgrade" they only sell the full version and give a discount to people who own prior versions.

advantage is they only have to make one install, you can have all versions installed at the same time (installs do not overwrite previous versions), and if you get a new computer or harddrive, you only have to install the version you want.
