Important Information For Our Preorder Customers

**As a special thank you to our preorder customers, we will begin filling your preorders for Poser 7 Special Edition on Monday, December 11th!

Windows users, we will begin filling your preorders Monday morning PST.

• Windows electronic download preorders will start being delivered Monday morning PST. We have secured additional server capacity for this release. However, if you have trouble accessing your download immediately, please be patient and try again later**.

• Windows physical preorders will be released to our fulfillment company in the order they were received starting Monday, and will be filled as quickly as possible. The delivery time after your preorder is processed will depend on the method you chose when you placed your preorder.

Macintosh users, the new Universal Binary version required more time to finalize, and will be released as soon as possible.

• Macintosh electronic download preorders will be filled prior to the December 20th release date.

I think there are a lot of last-minute costumers: E-frontier and Content paradise websites are unreachable!

Ok, I know this is probably the easiest thing to understand...but, it's early and my brain still has cobwebs attached.

The release date is the 20th, I'm taking that to mean the retailers will get their shipments then.  The pre-order downloading beings on the 11th.  That I understand.

What about the physical pre-orders?  From what I'm reading, if I am not just too blurred out, they start shipping on the 11th as well, or do we have to wait until the 20th? (which kinda defeats the "pre-order" thing)

As I write this out and the brain is clearing, I'm thinking physical shipments will start on the 11th also, but, just want to get confirmation from a clear headed person.:woot:

Reads to me like they will be shipping physical preorders (starting) on the 11th, yes.

From what I understand, the pre-orders of the boxed (physical shipment) pre-release extra-content version of Poser 7 will begin shipment on December 11th for PC users. 

Pre-orders for the downloadable version will begin being processed on Monday morning, and downloads will become available (and be charged if applicable) as they are processed from a que.

MAC users must wait, because it is harder to code for the new MAC's, and the program was not ready for download or shipment. EF says it will be ready on or before the 20th. 

The release of Poser 7, without the extra content will be on December 20th. It will be shipped out to companies such as Amazon as quantities become available.

I hope that as EF/CP correct their webserver problems, they may appear on forums like this to correct any misconceptions for themselves. As they often point out, only they know what they are doing for sure.
