I can honestly wait a few more weeks for my copy of Poser7.  What's frustrating, especially this time of year, is waiting to be billed for it.  I still have a little shopping to do, and I'm really wondering if my current balance reflects how much money I had before I ordered, or if the $140 amount has been taken out.  Yeah, I guess I really should watch these things more closely...

My pending transaction has actually disappeared from my cc account so I have to make sure the $140 is always there.  I wish they'd get the thing shipped so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

I use Quicken and just deduct the amount from it so I don't touch it.  I wish they'd stop playing games and release it already.

I guess I ought to look into applying my free upgrade ticket, since I only bought Poser 6 maybe 5 weeks ago it came with that (otherwise I wouldn't have bought it at all, smart move on e frontier's part)

why are they playing anything .. they have a date line and thats when....    lots of people need to last minute shop.....

I bought Poser 6 at e-frontier and did not notice any coupon.  Does the coupon only apply if poser was bought at content paradise?

If you ordered in the specific time-period to get the free upgrade, contact support if you didn't receive a coupon.

I believe if you purchased Poser 6 after September 15 at either store, you should have gotten a coupon to upgrade to Poser 7 free.  if you purchased after this day and don't have a coupon, contact support.

Monday, Dec 11th?  That's great!  I tend to use cash for anything I can, even my rent.  I have a Visa checkcard for online purchases and bar tabs (for after the cash runs out) and just mentally deduct my purchases.  When I saw my last balance I was like "Cool!" until I realised I essentially hadn't paid for Poser7 yet and had better be careful to make sure the money was still there when they decided to take it.  Personally, I expect to be charged as soon as I order.  It is a nice move on their part to wait until they ship, in case something unforeseen happens.  Now I only have to worry about whether it will arrive before I go out of town for the holidays.  I'd hate to think about my copy of Poser7 sitting on my porch (in a college town no less) for days.

I had saved a copy of my online order, which was a good thing because the coupon number was not in the serial number email ... but anyhow, the e frontier website would not accept my coupon ID.  Is there some trick to using it?  I bought my copy of Poser 6 from the e frontier website, and I'm trying to go to the form "Pre-Order Poser 7" and supply the coupon code in the "Coupon" field.  I contacted e frontier support...

and of course now the page is unreachable again...  Is there some trick to using my coupon code?

They actually got back to me very quickly and pointed me to the right place.  I didn't expect them to reply so quickly on a Friday, good for them (good for me too!)
