I can't wait for my copy to arrive. I can't believe that I bought the A3 catsuit only last month, I should have waited!

If it's less than 30 days ago you can ask daz for a refund. They have a 30 day money back policy.

I've just checked the date, Nov 4th, so I've just missed out.
Just curious, how does the money back policy work, I mean, you still have the product on your hard drive?

Marque ( ) posted Sun, 10 December 2006 at 4:08 AM

You delete it from your hard drive once you get your refund.

thefixer ( ) posted Sun, 10 December 2006 at 5:03 AM

In theory ;-)

The refund system relies on you being honest, don't know how or if they police it though!

It's the same on most sites that offer this, even here!

So, in effect, I could get my money back but keep the product?
I'm afraid I'm too honest a person to try & fiddle them, although I'd be interested to know if some people have done this, but I imagine no one would own up to it!

thefixer ( ) posted Sun, 10 December 2006 at 5:17 AM

I imagine if you knew you had the product just sitting there and you really needed to use it for something, the temptation might just be too much!!

Also what happens if sometime a couple of years from now you have a HD crash and you re-install everything on your back up discs and actually honestly forgot you'd had a refund for that product!

You see, it's not that easy to police or to keep honest about [by accident!].

I'm sure they keep records and if someone is constantly seeking their money back...well, I'm sure they would question it.

You are on the honour system to delete it from your hard drive and not use it.  They delete it from your order history so you can't access the download anymore.

I also suspect that  there are people who  continue to use the product despite claiming it's not what they wanted and asked for their money back.

As for situations such as buying it at full price and 1 week later finding it on sale or given away on a CD with a magazine, that those are legitimate reasons for asking for a refund though.

I wait thirty days to do my backups-I had this problem once before, and ended up re-burning all of my backup dvd over a 6MB file because I felt awful I still had the product.........
