I checked my bank today and ef still hasn't charged the account for my pre-order. Today was the day right? Then I got to thinking (oh that again) I'm here on the East coast and ef is on the left coast so I forgot about the time difference. They probably are not there yet...LOL!

Sealtm2 - I am waiting so impatiently here in England, I think about 8 hours ahead of PST. I work nights but tonight I'm not in so I just hope within the next few hours all will be under way. I hope.

erm the office ain't even open yet ;) (as of posting it's 7am where EF is)

they open at 9am PST (12pm EST, 5PM GMT)
then give them an hour to get upto speed... then it's first order, first serve.

I keep checking my download account and it still says disabled. I even got up early this morning to check it. boohoo. Hope it is enabled soon.

A couple of us are comparing order numbers to see who will get activated first...

So is it in queue after your order number? I like that idea but what if you're not actually home and/or awake when your turn comes? Do you then get shunted back or what? I just arrived at work so it will be way past midnight CET before I'm back home and able to download anything.

That was the way it read on CP's forums - which is why i am sitting around at 2.50 am - as I figured that I may be shunted to the rear of the queue -if I was asleep. I can't see anyway they could hold a download slot open until you clicked the link....

I just went into the button called "my stuff" and the order is there with a "disabled" by it. I am presuming it will day 'downlaod when it is ready.

Same here I went to "my Stuff" and saw the same "disabled" note. Now you want to hear something really stupid? I want to download P7 real bad however, I don't know if I want to install it yet until others have used it to see if there are any major headaches with it LOL!!!!

Word is they have started processing the shipping orders for boxed versions - so I would say we should be on our way to downloading soon....

It's a good job we don't have to physically stand in a queue, there'd be a riot!!

I just checked my order and it says "N/A" for download (I ordered the physical shipment) and my order has been processed.  As to what that means I haven't a clue, I ordered mine on Dec 2nd when my credit card payment cleared.

I'm hoping they ship soon, I have xmas and the 3 days before off from work, I would love to be able to sit down and learn some of the new things as a gift to myself.

11am in PST now... nothing yet.

well they did say they are filling orders in the order they came in.... and i ordered october 12th which was like the first day.

Ahh that makes sense, I didn't order until like yesterday :D -G

Well the thing is, I have so far attempted to download the file 16 times and so far have never managed to get beyond 52mb.
It does NOT RESUME so either you get it all, or if your 1.7gb download bombs at 1.699gb you start over.

Why can we not split this kind of stuff into smaller files!!

Did I miss something? My notice from e-frontier says Poser 7 will ship Wednesday, Dec. 20, which is still over a week away!

I got an e-mail to say my P7 order is ready for download last night (I only got it this morning when I checked, but it arrived at 8:05pm here in the UK).  Downloading now :D
