Because the life expectancy of the average male is only 78 years I still render in P4, but some of the features of P7 look very appealing. Does P7 still have the P4 render engine?

Yep, it does. On my system here with firefly and everything on, I can render pretty fast, and also get all the bells n whistles.

You can customize pretty much what effects you want to render in firefly, so it renders fast and without effects, or slower and with effects.

Haven't looked at the p4 renderer for too many years to even remember now.

I recall reading somewhere that the Poser 6 (and I presume the Poser 7) P4 engine is (are) actually not exactly the same as the render engines in Poser 4 or Poser Artist version.
