i was looking around at all the awesome pictures and had a question.....what is the program SnowCones? and where can  i get it.....i love the effects that i have seen and would like to try it.
help a brother out

What does the program do?  Is it made to work with poser or standalone?

It's not a program, it's a character / texture set (see attached link).
