Subject: How do you Turn off the IKs?

Hello i have a couple of clothing files that i would like to use with V3 . After  there clothing items did not load i thought it would be a good idea to read the readme files. It says i need to "Turn off the IKs" but i am new to poser and have no idea what that is or where to locate it. Any help would be unreal cheers.

Figure menu -> Inverse Kinematics -> Uncheck all 4 that might be checked (arms/legs).
