Photography F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 31 10:42 am)
Never saw it (i would like to...) You know, some people just jump to conclusions without thinking or asking questions. I really don't see anything wrong with posting a picture someone took of you. Now for my question. If someone takes a photo of you (wether or not its with your camera) who owns the copyright? p.s. sory for the speling my carriage just turnd into a pumpkin (gota go to SSLLEEEEP... ZZZzzzZZZZzz)
Question the question. Answer the question. Question the
answer...
I wish I knew what I was gonna say :oP
You'll probably have to click the image to get a larger size.

The service we used for this trip was Wet Planet Whitewater...

I've used others, but these guys really have their act together. They station photographers at key locations along the route to take photos of you passing by. When a raft gets close to a photographer, the guide in the back tells you to wave, which is rather difficult to do when you're flying along through these rapids as you can see in the above photo. Although in this case he was probably yelling at us to hang on for dear life. You have the option to purchase the photos at a nominal cost, which of course we did.

This evening I uploaded an image of me and and few friends on a whitewater rafting trip a few years ago. I described it as follows...
*"Thought I'd post something a little different. Please view from the top photo down. This is the White Salmon River in Washington state. The portion we were on was rated as Class 4 rapids that day, but Husum Falls you see us going over is always rated Class 5. The was summer 2004. My buddy is on the left side (your left) behind the girl in front. He completely freaked. You'll have to guess which one I am, I'm not telling :)"
The key word was "us" going over the falls. It appears those who made comments didn't see that, so in all fairness to them, and because I didn't take the photo, I have removed it from my gallery to avoid the possibility of others complimenting me on a photo I didn't take. That I can't live with. Perhaps I should have posted it in the forum here instead, my bad.
Next time I'll try to be a little more clear :) Sorry...deep regrets.
Regards,
Steve
