my pc is crashed...i need a reset for my stuff i bought... (was ich gekauft hatte)

Sorry to hear about your computer crash :(

You should repost this in the Market Place Customer Support forum at the above link.

A tip for you....  if you have a CD burner or DVD burner or external hard drive, burn / save your downloaded files so you have an archive. Merchants come and go and if they leave chances are you won't be able to get the item by download again.

Also, if you can, save your runtime folder to an external hard drive so that you don't have to reinstall everything if your computer crashes.

Click the My Account link on the right hand side. 
On the account page, click Item List.  
Look for the coloum that says download. Then click on any of the links below. 
Then follow Acadias tip :)

Pinky - you left the lens cap of your mind on again.
