I have two questions, one is kinda wierd.

  1) Is David's Bodysuit from DAZ called a catsuit in the menu? I installed so many freebies I'm not   sure anymore. :/

  2)  I am trying to convert  a posefile  (MAT) that is for Poser 4 or 5 to Poser 7. Right now, Poser 7 doesn't find the materials.

No idea on 1) because I don't own that item.  For 2), it seems likely to me that you are trying to move the MAT pose file into a different Runtime install directory from what it was built for, and you've neglected to move the texture and materials files that it is trying to load.  There is no automatic answer for that, you need to look at each texture that it complains about, and copy those files/directories to your new install.

Since you are new (as I remember) it is likely going to be easier to re-install whatever gave you the original MAT pose unless you've figured out exactly what files go where in your Runtime directory.  There is no easy way to magically do this with one mouse click that I know of, aside from re-installing the content that you want to use in P7.

On 2, if you already have Poser 4 or 5 Runtimes, you can just add them to the Poser 7 Library by reference instead of copying stuff (detrimentally by the sounds of it) from the former to the latter.  No fuss, no muss that way.

Yes, the "catsuit" in the "David's Morphing Clothes" folder is the "bodysuit" from DAZ.

  Unfortunately, I don't have Poser 4 or 5 - is there any other way to do this? Here's the situation: Iam using Poser 7, but I purchased a set over at PoserPros, that only has MAT settings for Poser 4, Poser PP, and Poser 5. Is there some way to get Poser 7 to recognize the files without not being able to see the textures? I am trying to create a MAT file for the clothing/character in question, but I am having no luck. Is there something I can do to fix this?
