I have the Luke and Laura morphs, but I am having some trouble. I am trying to apply the Small Elf Ear Morphs, but after a lot of trial and error, it seems like it doesn't want to work. Anyone have any advice on how to fix this? I have reinstalled the morphs twice but the same thing is happening - I select the morph for Luke and nothing happens, his ears stay the same, and I can't find an option to change his ears.

The morphs are just that.  After you inject them, you have a new parameter dial for the Small Elf Ear which you dial until you like what you see.

The paranater dials for Small Elf Ear isn't appearing, I don't see it anywhere, How do I fix this?

Try switching to a different body part after injecting the morph and then back to the part where the morph is supposed to be, sometimes Poser does update the parameters palette after injecting morphs.

Are the morphs for Luke and/ or Laura? Sounds like the y were made for other figures otherwise the dials would be visible.

I just loaded Laura 3 and then went to the Pose library, !Laura EyeEarNose INJ folder and double-clicked on the EarElf Small.  I changed body parts to the body and then back to the head and the morph parameter dial is at the top of the head morphs.  

Is this what you're doing?  It's the same process for Luke except you use the Luke INJ folder.

Try INJ the morph, Then go to Window Scroll down to parameter dials.  If you still have no luck try installing the morphs into a different library (C:Program FilesCurious LabsPoser 6Downloads)
I have had morphs that would not load up in the Runtime and have worked fine after i installed them into the Download.
