I got some good crits last time i posted photos here, so i'm gonna show some more i took recently. These are some attempts at architectural night shots. Would love to hear any comments or crits. Thanks.

Some nicely composed shots - well done. 
No2 is a real crackin' shot with loads of impact and a super range of light and tones. 
No6 too, but not sure portrait format was the best choice .

I feel the others lack some impact though they are well composed. Your experience with render software obviously has a great impact in that. Your Lightwave images in the gallery are so outstanding I guess it just makes me wish these could match it in dynamic range and colour. Perhaps this is a reason you have chosen b/w for some of them ? 
These are my own personal feelings and thoughts on seeing the images, you may have got just what you set out to achieve in which case my comments are irrelevant.

Shifting the white balance about is very effective in photography where there is a mixtures of artificial lights and could add some wow factor. Shooting a series of shots with different shutter speeds and combining them with HDR software would also bring out hidden detail in images that lack a tonal range or are just too contrasty (eg No3).

Well that's my first thoughts on seeing the images.

I like the shots and I think they are a credit to your camera skills.  As they are, they make a fine collection of city nightscapes to be proud of, you would be hard pressed to find better shots in many publications of this type of work.

A very good series of images I  also like those Richard picked out as well as No1 which has some coloured hues to add extra interest... You have controlled the converging verticles well..

Nice photos, they all look good!  I think #1 is my favorite shot but  I think the photo is cropped to close to the building (especially the right side). Great colors though. #2 and #5 look really good also.

Onslow, 2 was my favorite as well. I think its the most balanced of them all. I will keep in mind what you suggested about combining to make hdri. The reason i didn't do that here, also the reason i made some of them b&w is because the weather has not been that great recently and the colors and skies were bland. I'm kinda waiting for spring when i can get nicer skies and colors. Good thing is i live close to these buildings, so i can go back whenever i want.

Yeah, I like #2 best as well.
And I agree about the crop on #6 - I'd like to see more on the right - even if it means going into trees. It feels cut off.

Other than that, nice perspective dostortion correction! I miss shooting large format for just that look, and it's nice to see perspective correction done to digital images.

I agree with Onslow (Richard) but have to say #1 is my fave. The strong verticles and shifing hues really grab my attention. #5 is the only one I would say doesn't grab me in any way, though taken strictly on composition and technical merit it should. Thanks for sharing these, always a pleasure to view.

I like the second one, there is something about floodlights pointing up, the long shadows add character!
