I'm having a tough time with this, I have everything converted as far as the Rte. decoding goes but when I go to do the stuff in Morph Manger, I am so lost! i dont even know where to begin, I've followed the "read me" in the Girl3 file but I am still lost. can anyone help me please and ty.

It's easy! First open Morph Manager.  Then go to the top to LOAD FILE. Load the Girl Cr2 in the first slot (it doesn't matter which slot, BTW) and then load up the Girl3 Cr2 in the other.

In the regular Girl slot, click the plus sign next to the hear. put your cursor over the MORPH TARGETS and right click to get the right-click menu. Click on COPY ALL MORPHS.  The other slot should go black for a moment and then a plus mark should appear next to the head of THAT figure's Cr2!

Click on SAVE FILE in the place you have the Girl3 and that takes care of that.
