Its a deferent server/partition like the market place. I think it uses flash (or Java) so thats another reason to login (you logout after the session so U gotta log back in). I know it kinda shucks but thats how it works. I believe R'osity bought it (the chat program) from someone.

Yes, it is a Flash chat that was adapted to Renderosity.
