Subject: Whats with these kind of site's on freebee's section
Chris...I've brought this up in thr Mod forum before and after looking at all this person's **freebies
I think we need to discuss this guy in more depth. Will post in Mod /Cooord forums and get back to you on this.
Once
in a while I look around,
I see
a sound
and
try to write it down
Sometimes
they come out very soft
Tinkling light sound
The Sun comes up again
You better ..i check other "freebees' from this member ..all ahve the same strange "site's"
But i understand that ... you'r gonna talk about it so i will wait ...
Ps be sure to put my request for a Freebee forum in there too :}

It is possible that that site is just hosting the files and not displaying them.
I have a website and I host some stuff for people in the Poser community and have even given a few FTP accounts, but none of the files that I'm hosting are displayed on my site.
Maybe this person is up to something, but maybe he just put up incomplete links to the files thinking that all he had to do was put up the site address?

I know what you mean acadia ..but when your not showing them ..the download link should give the "zip" file ..
Here the download link sents you to a site where there are loads of google links and loads of other links but no link to the freebee ..
and ALL the "freebee's" he/she got are like this so IMHO its a scam like thing to just "eat" from the site views R'O is producing for him...

But he's not the only one here who does it .. more like these are on the freebee's page's

**There is a NEW one ..same link to nowere and no thumbnail ... just the same old link to site where nothing can be found ... Does nobody check them anymore ?
"now this is one thing a Freebee Forum can stop ..then people have a place to put down this kind of bandwide/sitehits/spam/scamlike rip off's
And when you need a mod for the freebee forum .. let me know :}

Ooops, meant to get to this sooner Chris, got tied up with my real life and some other Renderosity biz...Will have a post off to this member soon...today that is...sorry this bugs you so much...imagine how much it bugs me as a Mod trying to keep the place neat.

I did checked 4 times this site but the tumbnail figure .. well i CAN't find it
Can anybody explain to me what up with this site ?? WHERE is that freebee from the tumbnail
And if its not there what is this doing in the freebee section..
IMHO it looks like nothing more then a scam to get us to the "google" ads and other links
When im wrong show me where it is ...
Otherwise they should BAN this site ond others like it..
