Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 17 8:56 pm)
You can't save what is commonly called MAT poses directly from Poser.
They have to be created indirectly by a special program, or a text editor. You can then combine these with poses that have morph information (which Poser WILL save).
You can, however, save materials in Poser 5 and up, and the equilivent in DAZ Studio.
To save the morphs and body changes to your figure, once you have the figure the way you want it, go into your pose folder (in some area you want, and can remember you saved it) and at the bottom of the list you'll see a "+". Click that, and it will ask if you want to save morphs. It will then save it, and put up a nice little thumbnail. You can reuse that over and over again.

How do you save texture MATs and stuff into the posing folder? Because you know how say you have V3, and you made a tattoo texture thing for her, you apply it... Then what? I want to be able to save it as a pose so I can apply it whenever I want to...
And can you save the MAT and morphs that are on the figure at the same time?
And like, if you changed the skin color to like, red or whatever, could you save that to the pose folder?
Thank you!~
