If I Made The Batmobiel, Could I sell This Model on this sight. Would there be a problem?

Not if you called it "The Batmobile". This is a copyright violation and possibly a trademark violation.

Where sould i start. it works too landing gear, spiner, doors. I'm working on the inside to. Can I sell it. I could put a silver tex on skin have any ideas please let me know. thanks for your time
