Ok, first question. On what build are you? I would recommend to update to the leatest - which is 289182.
Then, have you installed the cows with the default pathes and settings? This is a god idea too.
Then, are all cows and the host application on the same port number? When I remember it right, in HyperVue you have to set it to the cow standard 5002 yourself - but i could be wrong. BUT, check it.
I would really recommend to use the ip addresses as identification for the other computers. On Mac nothing else works anyway.
One day your ship comes in - but you're at the airport.
Make sure the computer names for the network do not have spaces in them. I could not get network rendering to work until I renamed one computer without the space in it.

Wireless should not be a problem. I always turn off any virus protection software when rendering. It hogs memory and causes a lot of problems.

Hello,
I use Vue 6 Infinite, and would like to network render with 3 computers.
First of all, it is a wireless D-link network, with firewall disabled, all running PC-cillin.
With rendercow installed.
In the hypervue dialogue, I see the other computers as disconnected. I can only render on my 'home' computer.
I have tried entering both the remote computers name, and Ip adress.
Any suggestions?
