Subject: Victoria 2 and Michael 2

Do Victoria 3 and Michael 3 accept characters from Victoria 2 and Michael 2?

In a word, no. They have a different mesh altogether. They are mapped differently as well, which means that they can't accept the same textures either.

The closest you can get is by purchasing a 3rd party Poser utility called Universal Texture Converter (UTC) available at DAZ. This tool basically allows you to convert textures between the Gen 2 and the Gen 3 characters.

OK, I'll look into that. Can Poser 3 chars wear Poser 2 clothing?  Not sure if that;s the same question.

Once again, you'll most likely need a third-party Poser utility to allow different characters to share clothing. PhilC's Wardrobe Wizard is probably the best utility around, but there is also markdc's Clothes Converter and maybe a couple of others that I haven't thought about.
