Yes.... yes it IS! Thank you--- this is beautiful. Used to be, one could only ever see "photos" like this after a major NASA mission. :)

Hello, Thanks all. Laurie: The distant planet is a sphere using the tutorial in the Vue manual, basically. I added a custom texture for both the planet and the atmosphere. The terrain is one I built and custom textured. It actually is a pretty dull color but the sunlight/atmosphere colors it. Later...

I'm gonna HAVE to work on that tutorial! I read it last night, but still haven't tried it. Somehow, I actually blew past the image tutorials, and went straight into the animation tutorials. Thanks again, HD! :) -Mike

John, that is wonderful! I really like the cloud streak across the sky and the face of the moon, and how the stars fade away below that streak. The orange tones through the scene really enhance everything, too. Nice job! :)
