Does anyone happen to know if Robert Sharkey's Horus Knife (the curved, detailed, and VERY old one) is still available for download anywhere? Thanks in advance.

Ah yes!  I remember the very old and very cool Horus knife.  I still have it.  You can try contacting Sharkey about it.  If he no longer has the knife and doesn't mind (you get his permission), I can send you a copy of it.

lol i was surfing this site and got a vendor banner ad of his stuff he is listed in the Marketplace as Robert.Sharkey, if you want to contact him directly

Thanks, I'll probably send him a private message a little later. I couldn't find much on 3D Commune, and his site says that the free items will be back up by 2004...yikes.   ;)

I have a lot of the old Sharky downloads from his site, but first I'd have to find what cd I saved it all on. blush bB

I seem to remember he did a P3 woman barbarian in armor named Lucidique ?

Marque - i do not believe he ever had free wings.  the only wings of his i'm aware of are angelyna and ultimate wings, both commercial packages.  

there's some wings at Runtime Dna, but not by him.

If you know the actual filename (or zipfile name), I can look and see if I have it.

Ohhhh I need to look on old cd's then because I bought those about 90 years ago.  8^)

I've tried to get a note to Sharkey to ask if it's ok to host the old freebies for people to download. (With full credit given of course)

I'll holler if I get the ok.

That's the one I have here. I have a few others too, and the cybergate site doesn't have the freebies on it.

However, Xurge is the co-conspirator on this one, so maybe asking him if he still has a copy?
(I did email Sharkey to ask if he'd mind if I hosted the old freebies I have on my drive)

Silke, for me it's no problem to host the files and share them with others.
They're Freebies and i'm glad some other's have fun with it.

Hope someone can host them, when you first started they were awesome and still are. Some models just don't age.  8^)
I started buying and downloading here when daz was still zygote so I have a LOT of cd's to go through to find the ones I bought and the freebies....lol

Wow! I hope someone finds a host for these! I had a bunch of this stuff years ago and lost it all when my first pc died. I would love to get my hands on it again!

Silke, I just noticed your post now (I don't know how I missed it before, sorry). Yes, that is the knife and WHAT a difference displacement makes! LOL, we couldn't even use displacement back when that knife first came out.   ;)  Great render.
