Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Nov 13 11:02 am)
I didn't know that Sukhoi built MiGs, but, given the peculiar (and not wildly successful) way in which the Soviet economy "worked", it's not implausible.
Robo2010, Bazze may well have the information you need. He is obviously contactable through Renderosity, or through his website, www.colacola.se
SU-22 and MiG-21 are not the same, though the shape is roughly similar. the NATO code name for SU-22 is/was "fitter". the M4 version features variable (swinging) wings. just repainting a MiG-21 does not make a SU-22, the same way as you cannot paint a chevy into a caddy.
by the way, just a little research in the net would have told you this.

Yes, you are correct. I didn't even know. I knew their was some differences due to the canopy and other areas of the plane. I knew that what I was getting into (project), that the painting and some things will be off. Just like the F-14. Their is even a 3 seater F-14. I was very impressed on the "Sukhoi Su-22 *Fitter" (Swinger*). That I wanted to give that life to the mig-21 in poser. The more I worked on this, the more I become to understand the 2. They looked so alike, I didn't even know. But, hey!..Came close.I will just work on the texture, and when done, it will be available in the next few days.

Oh, here is an image of the Swinger from the cover of the mag. And a link of the magazine.Quote - Ok, trying to save the textured aircraft in the pose directory. Having problems. Please anyone.
If you have P6 or above, goto the Material room and save a Material Collection with all materials.
If you have P5 or below, goto the Figure library and save, you can then make a MAT pose out of the new CR2 (you can take this route for P6 and above if you want, but material collections are easier to convert to MAT poses if this is required).
I have the texture setup in the material room, so I do not have to go looking for files, and reset everything. I do have some other part of the mesh invisible. So when people in the pose directory do not have to do the work of unchecking and going into the material room to do all the work. Trying to have everything done in one button, but I am having problems. I would enjoy having a CR2 file, but I do not think the creator would like that, due to this is a purchased product.

Also this will be a freebie along with the bombs I made to go with it when done. I now have a site for uploading files. :smiles:
